Bachas Beach

An optional early morning landing on Bachas Beach today before we vacate our cabins and head back to the mainland this morning. Bachas Beach is a wet-landing on soft white sand and we head along the shore line. We see pelicans and blue-footed boobies, plovers, whimbrels, ruddy turnstones and sally lightfoot crabs. We reach another brackish water lagoon and are treated to the sighting of ….. six flamingos. Well worth getting up early!

Sadly, it is time to leave our ship and head off to the airport for our flight back to Guayaquil.

Many memories to take with us - these islands are enchanted!
