Exploring Etosha

A very early start for many. 5.30am in fact! Everyone climbs into a big viewing truck with open sides and a canvas roof. Sadly the roof holds a little water from a previous rain shower so as we drive off the water provides an early wake-up shower! Whoops. Other guests join our included game drive in our coach with Uanee as guide. We have breakfast first and leave at the slightly more comfortable time of 6.45am. Our morning sightings are all very good including lion, oyrx, zebra, giraffe, red hartebeest, blue wildebeest, impala, springboks and more. A few are even lucky enough to see a cheetah and cub!

After lunch Uanee is ready to head out on an afternoon drive with pretty much a full house and yet more good wildlife sightings.

This evening we enjoy a private BBQ at Okaukuejo, with candle light on the tables and the stars high above us.
