Fram Museum, Oslo

Added 15 Oct 2018 in

Joining us in Oslo next June? We'll be visiting the Fram Museum, home to Norway's famous wooden polar ship of the heroic age of exploration. Fridtjof Nansen, Otto Sverdrup and Roald Amundsen took turns in exploring new areas in both the Arctic and Antarctic on this amazing ship. And next to the Fram Museum, a new building now houses Gjøa, the first ship to navigate the whole of the Northwest Passage. Just one hundred years on, we're now able to explore these remote destinations in comfort. Does anyone agree with us that's remarkable?! Visit the Fram Museum website here.
