Tango Time

A free day. Surely not? A leisurely breakfast to start and guests then headed off in all directions, many visiting the nearby Nature Reserve, some going to museums, some to the Opera House, some shopping. This evening we met up at 8pm for a transfer to Café de los Angelitos. On arrival we walked through the traditional coffee house to the dinner theatre. We were escorted upstairs to the VIP area and took seats at the front of the balcony overlooking the stage. The dinner service included a choice of menu and yet more complimentary wine. The Tango Show started around 10:15pm and featured ten dancers plus musicians and a female and a male singer. Couple dances represented the history of Tango and there was also some colourful group dances. And the band was terrific!
