The weather is not being kind to us. The seas are unusually choppy and wind speeds are high. A brief visit to the open decks certainly blows the cobwebs away! This morning we are docked at Trondheim, Norway's ancient capital city. After we all enjoy a leisurely breakfast Richard and Dawn lead a stroll in to the town centre. We pass the law courts and jail and, on the opposite side of the street, a modern hotel. Both buildings look similar but the jail is architecturally more attractive. Our walk takes us past colourful wharf buildings and concludes at the impressive Nidaros Cathedral. From here we scatter in all directions with a reminder that we should be on board ship by 12 noon latest! Having moored aside another Hurtigruten ship, MS Finnmarken, at Trondheim quay, we set sail north to Rorvik. The stormy seas continue!
